2012 Encinitas Wine Festival                 

EEF is honored to be named a beneficiary of the 9th Annual Encinitas Rotary Wine Festival, held June 5, 2012.  The event will be held at the lovely San Diego Botanic Garden, formerly known as Quail Botanical Gardens. This unique facility covers 37 acres of gardens with trails and native habitat and boasts over 4,000 different species of plants, including a world famous Bamboo Garden.  Guests will also be introduced to the brand-new 4 million dollar addition of the Hamilton Children’s Garden.  

 

The opportunity to stroll around this beautiful property sampling fine wines and beverages from around the world.  
In addition, our local restaurants will offer a sampling of their best dishes and desserts as top musicians entertain the crowd in this relaxed setting. The unique and special Silent Auction and Raffle items are sure to please attendees. 

 

As a beneficiary, EEF will receive a portion of the proceeds raised during the evening towards our annual fundraising goals, which will directly benefit the nine schools in our district.

2012 Encinitas 5k 
Lace up your sneakers and help raise funds for EEF at the Annual Encinitas 5K  Run/Walk, Saturday May 2012.  Please check back for more information.

 A portion of your 5K race entry fee benefits the Encinitas Educational Foundation (EEF).  The school with the most entries will receive a huge trophy-presented by the City of Encinitas.   

 All participants receive:

-Collectable color T-shirt and goody bag
-Awards for all participants by age group
-Medal for youth participants
-FREE refreshments and snacks for all participants

Attach your entry fee payment.
 
Drop off your registration at the Encinitas Parks & Rec Dept. on Balour Drive.

Pre-Registered bib pick-up Friday, May 13th 5-8 pm: Encinitas Community Center
